Our stucco chimney was in need of repair, 60 plus years. OCR staff responded and did a great job.Needed a full redo and the result is great, good for the next 60 years! The repair crew knew exactly what to do. Courteous and covered all plants and surrounding areas. Cleanup was perfect! Job completed and everything looks great. Options Custom Remodelings entire crew are top notch professionals. Their work and services way exceeded our expectations.
From the get go Jin was on top of the whole permit process, he was through and open with the communications, and was very conscious of our need to stay within our budget since our prior contractor basically screwed us over.
Top quality work aside, they also make sure the work environment is clean. We were about to host a kids party, and the crew even helped us move things around to make sure the area is cleared in time for our party.
We cant recommend Options Custom Remodeling enough! Service: Deck construction

We had a small amount of mold in our basement that we didnt know how to properly take eradicate. Jin and his guys were able to promptly come and assess the mold and determine where the moisture was coming from. They sealed the source of the moisture and completely removed all the mold. Hasnt grown back since. Highly recommended them for all home repair/remodeling.
