Amanda Helwig and her team, especially Wendy, are the absolute BEST realtors I have ever worked with - personally and professionally. I am a family law & probate attorney and have sold 3 houses of my own. Need anything, call anytime, have any question, they have got you! Clean out service - they have someone who is cheaper then everyone else. And Amanda will do everything in her power to sell your home at the best price as quickly as possible. Going to use Amanda and her team for ALL of my real estate needs in the future.

We just finished a commercial transaction where Amanda Helwig handled the seller's side. She was great to work with. Amanda was always reachable - nights, weekends it did not matter. She was detailed oriented and was always looking for solutions. She worked well with all of the parties, which resulted in a smooth transaction. I always felt that my client was in great hands. This Dan Helwig Inc Realtors review is long overdue. They have managed our properties in Flourtown for almost 20 years and have done an incredible job. Have you ever tried to get a service person out to look at your property? You are lucky if they show up. With Dan Helwig Realtors they Always show upand on time! Dan Helwig Realtors has the best service people I have ever seen. They are professional, prompt and reasonably priced. The fact that Dan, Mandy, May, Chris and the entire Dan Helwig Realtors team live locally also ensures prompt service. Dan or one of his staff often stops by the properties to be sure all is well. I receive regular emails from May regarding the monthly rents. Chris lets me know immediately if anything needs to be addressed. Communication with the Dan Helwig Realtor team is excellent; they get back to me immediately if I have a question or concern. We are retired and are traveling in our RV. I dont have to worry about our properties because the Helwig Management team worries for us! They treat our properties as if they are their own. We feel like part of the Dan Helwig Realtors familyand a great family it is!
