I've been using this store for years. There was a different manager today. Today, they would not service my car because they couldn't get the oil filter off that they put on. They have lost a customer with 4 cars.

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION! If I could give 0 STARTS I WOULD! THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CAR AND COST YOU HUNDREDS IN REPAIRS!! I went to get a routine oil change only at this location because they had a coupon for some money off and despite my better judgement I took my car here. They took 2 hours to complete my oil change which was odd since I get many oil changes from Jiffy Lube and never had this issue. I should have known from there it would be an issue! I slowly started to notice I had to keep putting oil in my car which I NEVER HAD TO DO BEFORE and thought this couldnt make sense I just got an oil change. I then began to notice my car was leaking the oil I would put into the car and its so bad I have to put oil in my car EVERYDAY in order for my car to be drivable! I then too it to my normal juffy lube to the people I trust and they flat out told me the other techs did my oil change WRONG AND TRIED TO COVER IT UP BY PUTTING A PLUG IN IT and it eventually worn so now my car is completely draining oil! The cost of the repair would be upwards of $500!! AND OF COURSE NO ONE WANTS TO TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR RUINING MY CAR! Look at reviews at locations! If people say they have have issues at locations DONT GO! I RATHER PAY TOP DOLLAR THAN RISK THEM RUINING MY CAR! I will be taking legal action if necessary for this as I am draining money everyday just to drive my car!!!
