Absolutely horrific customer service. Our apartment flooded due to a bad foundation and the only thing management allowed to be done was for all of the carpet to be ripped out, leaving the bare, dirty concrete floors. Our apartment is now uninhabitable and the apartment manager, "Karen" (how ironic) did not answer our phone calls for a week and was unbelievably rude when she finally got back to us. Do not give this company your business.

One sided business. A death happened, body found days after already decomposed, residents we're expected to leave within their own means are expected to deal with the situation as is no general explanation of what is being done.only thing said by management is a note on the main door "only management is going to be popping doors open"... While management does not live here residents were expected to take the situation beyond our control and live through the dense smell! even after the removal the smell still Overly remained. People kids got sick, food had to be toss out sleepless nights.

This is THE WORSE PLACE TO LIVE ITS A BIG SCAM!!! THEY DONT MAKE REPAIRS !!! I have lived here for 3 years and my neighbor has lived here for 8 THE GYM HASNT BEEN OPEN SINCE 2017 . EVEN IF YOU HAVE A LEASE THEY STILL MAKE YOU PURCHASE A POOL PASS FOR $100.00 ... YOU ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE RENTERS INSURANCE ... PECO is the Tenants energy source for GAS & ELECTRIC BUT YOU ONLY PAY PECO FOR YOUR GAS USAGE . BLAIR MILL PAYS A THIRD PARTY COMPANY " MONITOR DATA " To REPORT THE RESIDENTS " alleged electric usage " . MONITOR DATA does not reflect your electric usage for the month , it doesn't give you payment plan options . if you miss a MONITOR DATA payment BLAIR MILL PUTS A LETTER ON YOUR DOOR TO INFORM YOU THAT THEY CREDITED YOUR ELECTRIC ACCOUNT AND THE BALANCE IS TRANSFERRED IT ON YOUR RENTAL BALANCE !!! THE PROPERTY MANAGER AT BLAIR MILL EAST IS AN OLDER CAUCASIAN WOMAN with rusty color brown hair isn't personable she lacks essential customer service skills and is flat out DISRESPECTFUL. she doesn't like to give her name because she threatens tenants , uses intimidation tactics on tenants to create hostile living environments & intentionally Neglect property repairs due to personal vendettas .
