The Buildwell Group

My husband wants to give zero stars, but I'll give two. Buildwell did a remodel on our neighbor's house, so we gave them a call. On October 20th, Bobby came and did some measurements to do an estimate for our kitchen remodel. I will never know whether their actual work is good quality or not, because they waited 28 business days to tell us they decided not to take our project. Not every contractor can take every project, but we should have been given a phone call from the owner, Connor. Not an email. Bobby should also have been in contact. Radio silence. Very disappointed. We've wasted this this time and have to find a different company to get an estimate.

Connor and his crew were great! they Maintained a good working schedule that allows them to complete their daily responsibilities. I was amazed with how good their communication and professionalism was. His staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled! Bobby was great with the estimates! amazing company and group of guys.

We decided to use the Buildwell Group for our kitchen/dining room renovation and could not be happier. We gave them a narrow window to complete the project, with a little one about to make her appearance, and they were able to meet that time frame while remaining in budget. Connor walked us through the entire process, listened to our wish list and developed a preliminary plan based on our budget. Connors knowledge and communication were extremely helpful and he remained in constant contact as the project progressed. Marina, our designer, provided us with several layout options, with beautiful countertop and cabinets options, and also gave suggestions of where to get appliances, tile, flooring and more. Marty and the construction team were all excellent to work with and took the time to explain everything about the demo/install process so that we were able to understand each step. Big Sean is a true craftsman, paying great deal of attention to detail and making sure everything was placed and done correctly. He even worked weekends to ensure the job was completed on time. Their desgin/build process for the renovation, from start to finish, is what we really loved about the Buildwell Group - they were professional, transparent (providing daily updates with pictures through the app) and delivered top quality workmanship. We are thrilled with our new kitchen/dining space and highly recommend the Buildwell Group!!

Couldnt recommend a Design/Build group more. Not only did they do an excellent job delivering against our vision - with exquisite attention to detail - but they also were a joy to work with. Had great communication throughout the whole process and moved at lightning speed. They were at my house every day (sometimes even on weekends), sent images / updates daily, and reached out to get input on any decisions, so I didnt feel the need to be on-site everyday. Theyve totally transformed our house (and showed us that construction doesnt always have to be a headache) and we are forever grateful!

Great experience every time I have to deal with any team member. All are extremely knowledgeable, highly skills, and the craftsmanship is beyond amazing.
