CENTURY 21 Ramagli Real Estate

PA Real Estate Commission not doing the self regulation job. Why and how this realtor has managed to retain his license is stark evidence that the PA Real Estate Commission is not doing its job. One star is too high for this realtor. Our experience was absolutely horrible, we got taken for $10k. Turned us off from buying a property for very long time in PA. As our home purchase in 2011 progressed it felt like we had landed in a deal with the Mafia. We finally picked up courage to buy a home in 2019. Thankfully we found a decent agent but we were so fearful all through the transaction based on our past experience in 2011. No home buyer should ever go through the experience with this realtor. Back in 2011 this realtor was Remaxx.

What can I say, not a good realtor, very poor ethics. You would be better off using Re-Max, If Century 21 is allowing people like this to operate under their name, it speaks volumes!

If you read my reviews, it wont be difficult to figure out Im pretty fair across the board. So in writing this unfortunate review youll learn why this real estate office possesses the morals of an alley cat in heat. We placed a bid on a property realtor Ramagli was hired to handle, although not yet listed, we were informed by the owners Mr. Ramagli would be the listing agent. We were told by Mr. Ramagli we could not place a bid until the property was listed, giving others a chance to bid on the property as well. Although the property was never listed, Realtor Ramagli accepted a bid from us, we were immediately informed the property owners accepted an offer from a contractor. We were amazed, given the fact the property was never listed. How did this contractor find out about this property, it must have been magic. Oddly enough the contractor used that same magic to outbid us, and Mr. Ramagli never gave us the opportunity to counter. Now I know most of you have already put two and two together in figuring out why this seething snake realtor would do such a thing. Yes, so he could sell the property twice, and get two commissions. Im writing this review to warn folks this realtor has a very poor ethical standard, along with the morals of an alley cat in heat!!! Use your best judgement, before hiring this Century 21 Broker/realtor. Email exchanges available upon request. I always thought Century 21 was a decent real estate agency. NOT ANYMORE!!!!

How sad it is that Century 21 allows people with such low morals and ethics to deal in real estate under their name! Very bad realtor
