This store is awful! if you are a builder do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! We bought 160k worth of windows and doors .....were shorted five windows that we had to re-purchase. now we have doors that came in broken and have been jerked around by numerous managers and staff. I am now texting a DM who has yet to call me back . I will repost the outcome.

Receiving very poor. 8am appt. Still on shoulder sitting blocking view of entrance and exit. If accident here send 84 lumber the bill for not holding to appointments and making us sit on shoulder.

My boyfriend put in an order for a custom door quote back in March 2023, we are now ending July and no calls or followup. Went back 3 times to ask..... still nothing. Ordered directly from the vendor last May. Shame on you guys....

Fabulous experience in purchasing vinyl porch ceiling materials today, but only with the help of team members Andrew Morris (Co-Manager), Dominique Reyes, (Manager Trainee), and Brian! I received the proper guidance to purchase a stellar and exquisite product for my porch from Andy, and was expertly assisted expeditiously in closing the purchase by Dominique. Brian was also quite helpful with respect to knowing exactly how to paint some of the previously bought composite materials. All in all I'm very happy with my visit, and I can't wait to see the finished result after everything is professionally installed. Thankful and appreciative that I did not have to travel far. Love my 84 Lumber Fairless hills.
