FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

PERMANENT 1 STAR. I need to print but only do cash. So you charge me $2.50 because of a "counter charge"? It's not my fault you only do cards. Screw that. Going to Staples from now on. 35c for the print and a surcharge. Whatever, FedEx always throws packages anyway. No reason to use you at all between USPS, UPS and Staples.

I don't ship items often, but it always feels like it takes longer than expected. I have never been disappointed with the final shipment, but moreso with the customer service to get the package ready for delivery. I do like the physical setup of this location. Easy to access and a lot of room to make all the choices you will need.

Felt very discriminated against to send a package . I had to show my drivers license which the clerk scanned . I couldn't pay with cash I had to use a debit or credit card.. and was told that was because I did not have a account with Fed Ex . I told him this was not the 1st time I sent a package here so my information should be in the system without all this showing driver license and having to use a credit card . He told me he shouldn't have to explain why and that it was store policy.

You can not trust this company. i have been waiting for 3 days for my Package to arrive, even if they website tell you they will be there. excuse after excuse ...
