Professional and always respond to questions. As a first time home seller, I wasn't familiar with the process but Kathy is always there to guide me and prompt to respond to all the questions I had. Without her and her team, we wouldn't be able to secure a buyer in a short period of time. Thus, I'm glad I chose to work with Kathy. You can't go wrong with Kathy! Kathy sold us our home in 2010, and when it was time to sell the home a few months ago, it was a no-brainer to ask Kathy help us sell it. Very professional with in-depth knowledge of the market and customers' need. I am glad that Kathy worked as my seller's agent during my relocation. We were under pressure due to timing, and my travel between home to new workplace (which takes several hours each way) made us even more worried about selling my existing home. When working with Kathy, we gained a good understanding of the market, buyers' expectation, the special features of my home, and many more. In the end, the house was sold within three or four days after it was listed. My wife and I really enjoyed the experience.
