Health care in America at it's worst. We need to do better as a country.

They will bill you nearly a year later claiming you were uninsured. Doesn't care if you provide an EoB, and paid receipt, because they will claim it was an "evaluation charge" unrelated to your "facility" charge. Their billing is nothing short of a disaster, and in my case the policy they billed is no longer active, so most likely I will be extorted for what they claim I owe now, despite insurance paying them nearly $3000, and myself my copays. I've been fighting this for 3 months now, for a service done nearly a year ago now. Save yourself time and effort, go anywhere but here, they're snakes.
