Do not bring your children here!!! Never!!! My son has been in excruciating pain for 2 weeks since this office put his braces on wrong!!! Whenever we try to contact the office to get the displaced wire fixed, or the bracket that has left a giant open wound in his mouth we are met with only answering machines and excuses. When I finally do get an apt at an office an hour away for them to tell me there is nothing they can do. Mean while I take his to his regular doctor and they tell me he has a giant wire pointing directly into the back of his cheek that they aside was not there. At the point this office has no regard for their patients or their general well being!! I am having his records transferred to another office because I am scared for my sons well being at this office!! Just do yourself a favor and pick another provider before your child is injured.

The don’t provide any accommodations for kids, and rush with the procedure without care if the kids are comfortable. For my daughter, the cleaning is so rush and rough, and her gum was broken by them. For my special need son, the did not want to take any extra efforts to take his x-ray or cleaning. We switched to a family dentistry and easily they were able to take care of him with more patients and time. So don’t go, and I regret not have changed the dental care for my kids earlier.

Very poor check in process, I see many people were called out and went inside after me checking in. I think some kind of favoritism going which is very unfair and unprofessional. Really disappointing

CDH in Exton has always gone above and beyond with my kids. Especially being patient and accommodating with my son that has a huge fear of the dentist and is not very cooperative. He was actually happy when he left his last appointment. A big thanks to the entire staff for making him feel so comfortable.
