US Digestive Health miscoded my preventive healthcare labtesting resulting in hours of calls with my health insurance provider fighting over $1,000 bill (still unresolved).
US Diogestive Health used an out of network anesthesiologist resulting in hours of calls with my health insurance provider fighting over another $1,000 bill (still unresolved).
I would rather wait 6 months for Penn Medicine's availability than deal with this ever again- they never make these kinds of mistakes that screw over the patient.

The 'good' news, I was told by PA Ashley that I didn't need a COLONOSCOPY... Even though I told her that my late father had colon polyps removed...
But here's when the 'train began to derail'..
I have Gastroparesis, was diagnosed in December 2017 by a Gastroenterologist, not a PA, but a real Gastroenterologist... In a hospital... The Gastroenterologist prescribed Reglan (metroclopamide - generic). What that Gastroenterologist neglected tell me was the incredibly dangerous side effects of Reglan... Permanent Muscle locking of the neck. I stopped taking Reglan as soon as I Googled it.
So back to PA Ashley...
When I told her about my experience with Reglan, she 'blew it off', claiming that it's a good medication. What didn't Ashley understand??? Then I told Ashley that my GASTROPARESIS 'flares up' on occasion... Mainly, that I'm actually 'choking' on my saliva, making it difficult to eat... She looked at me and - get ready for it - told me that it's not due to my GASTROPARESIS... I looked her in the eye, and said, 'I'm leaving now. Who are you to claim that I'm not choking on my own saliva'...
Bottom line is that Ashley was out of bounds with her rediculous comments. Ashley should consider a different line of work.
Hence my 1 star review...

I highly recommend Dr. Bender. She has been treating me for years for a chronic GI condition. She takes her time with you, and shows genuine concern not only for your physical health but your mental health as well.

My experience was great, from service checking in to the nurse Taylor who answered all of my questions. I have seen other doctors in this network and had really good experiences. I would recommend Dr. Pogosky after my visit. She is thoughtful and worked to understand my needs and recommend treatment. I did not feel rushed, but it was quick because she was focused on my care. Thank you West Chester GI / now US Digestive Health!
