I am highly satisfied with Nell Rose Foreman and give her 5 out of 5 stars. Her combination of hypnosis and counseling works. Following her guidance, you dont need any nicotine patches, gum, lozenges, and/or prescription drugs.
Also, you can do the sessions from the comfort of your own home.
I smoked for over 46 years, and I am now a non-smoker thanks to Nell!

Nell was such a pleasure to work with. She was thorough in every aspect of the process and very calming. I found her techniques to be effective and transforming. I would highly recommend Nell to anyone thinking of trying alternative therapies. You won't be disappointed!

I was so apprehensive and yet hopeful simultaneously wondering if this process would even work. After meeting Nell, I went home and put the techniques to use. She had explained to play around with them to better see what works best for me. So I did and I became incredibly frustrated at first, so I immediately reached out to her in which she responded quickly to assist me. She spent an additional amount of time with me of which I couldn't be more grateful for. I came to the conclusion that one technique just wasn't for me and I would no longer use it. I went back to using the other techniques that work beautifully!!! I can not say enough about how kind, soulful and professional Nell is. She's beautiful inside and out.
