First Resource Bank's customer service is excellent. There was a fraudulent attempt on my account and First Resource swooped in and took control of the situation. The kindness and professionalism of Terry Beebe and Elizabeth Leith assured me that this problem was going to be resolved. I highly recommend First Resource Bank as all their employees care about their customers.

I went into the branch today with a big request Elizabeth and Kate were amazing they were very helpful they went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed .we kept hitting road blocks they were very patient and would not let me leave with being satisfied.I love this bank and especially this branch .they treat me like family
