Boyer RV - Trailer Sales

I had previously reviewed this business as a 5 star because I based it off of the sales dept. I have changed my review to a 1 star because their service dept is so negligent that it is a detriment to their business. My rv has been with them for 3 months for warranty repair. It has been finished for 2 weeks-with not ONE phone call or email from service to let me know. I called them 4 times throughout the repairs and cannot even get a return call back. Id love to knowhow long my rv wouldve sat in their lot if I didnt call to check on it. Choose somewhere else to purchase your rv. Save yourself the headache.

called this morning to inquire on a trailer 7x14. After not receiving a call back, my son & I stopped in to look at buying a trailer. After waiting an extremely long time walking around lobby - we were finally sent into someone's office who then said he couldn't help us - the guy who handles that is on Vacation. Seriously? Only one person can sell utility trailers? Drove down to Tractor supply and purchased one there.... Super quick & Easy. Maybe great for Camper sales... but as for utility trailer....

Craftsmanship and Professionalism. We had a serious plumbing issue with our travel trailer. It involved dropping the underbelly and replacing piping. I had never worked with Boyers service team before, but there are two words that describe our experience: Professionalism and Craftsmanship. Professionalism. From our first phone conversation, to how we are greeted when we walk through the door, to our discussions with service managers and technicians, the interactions were top-notch in every way. They listen, they explain, they discuss, and are attentive and respectful. A special shout out to Zack who managed our complex issue, communicated with us and ensured the entire process went smoothly. Craftsmanship. There is a difference between people who can diagnose and fix things, and people who take pride in every aspect of their work. Our situation meant taking a step back and taking the time to determine how to BEST solve the issue so that it would not happen again. Our Boyer Technician took it a step further, his work made sure that if it ever did happen again, it could be addressed quickly and easily. I guess the best way to describe it would be the difference between a carpenter that does framing and a finish carpenter that specializes in crown molding. A special shout out to Brian who made our project his own and did a wonderful job with our plumbing ----making it better than new. Pete, Erie , PA
