        After being assured that I could speak to Scott upon hiring him to do my business and personal returns last year, I have only met his wife and staff who are very rude and unprofessional. When asked what "$300 in extra bookkeeping fees" that were tacked on to my bill they could not explain. Please do not hire this practice for your taxes.

      The fees in question were for Dec and year end. She failed to mention a discount posted on those fees. Furthermore, anyone that know my staff will find her comment about my wife hilarious. I am disappointed in the conduct of this person and lack of professionalism on handling this situation. Needless to say, I stand by my staff and have informed this person that I am terminating our business relationship. I wish her well in finding an accountant who better fits her needs. As my clients know, we take great strides to do good work for them. This individual was very demeaning to my staff. This is unacceptable, but I digress. We move on in life and business.
