stopped here quickly shortly before they closed. i tried to be as fast as i could and despite cutting it that close staff was still awesome and polite with me (i had just driven into town and checked into my hotel and the room was super gross so i wanted to get a pillow, sheets, wash clothes, cleaning products.) usually i use self checkout but the clerk who was cashing asked a group of customers and myself, or rather, offered to cash us. i don't know what prompted me but i went to her, apologized for being there so last minute as well as her cashing. she said she *wanted* to as it helped pass those last minutes- and i hope she meant it (granted i feel that way and i'm in retail too, it does make time pass and distract you.) either way, she was so friendly and it really meant a lot to sort of balance the weird/gross hotel stuff i had just went through so thank you! i really wish i had her name to write a comment to target directly.

Ladies at the Starbucks are not professional and have an attitude. When taking my order the women was rude and short. I made sure to sip my drink before I left because a lot of these young people cant even make a classic drink thats been on the menu for over 10 years. I asked her if she could put the syrup in the drink and instead of saying sure my bad she like thats not how its normally made. Im 35 not 15 Ive been drinking the same drink for over a decade. Pretty sure I know how its made. After I correct her like she corrected me or tried me more like she and her coworker decide to go in the back and chitchat most likely about me. lol Hate that this generation can get away with this passive aggressive Entitled attitude instead of being professional and doing their job and not trying to correct everyone they come across.
