        Didn't answer the phone called multiple times

        They NEVER answer their phones. They either leave them off the hook or just let it ring endlessly. Tried for 45 minutes to call and place an order today at a non-peak time (2:30 p.m. on a Wednesday). No answer the whole time. Finally had to go online to order, which was a pain because I had to give them my email address and phone number in order to be able to do it, so now they have my information where they can spam me all the time. Got there to pick up my pizzas and as usual with this location, they were not even cut all the way through. If you don't have a pizza cutter at your house, forget ordering from this location! And then they have the nerve to ask for a tip when you place the order online! I have been to plenty of other Little Caesars locations in the city and have never had issues with any of the others.
