I have seen, first hand - the paint finish on vinyl siding..... I have also seen a dark color paint withstand the UV rays, and elements of Erie, PA. I used to sell siding, but sometimes in my sales calls, it just made sense to have the customer refinish the existing..... I highly recommend. Bob Merchant and his team - clean, neat, professional... When they first painted my house I could not have been more pleased. Clean and good attention to detail. Over a relatively short period of time, the gray color turned to a brown and no longer matched other vinyl siding I had installed at the same time we painted. I called the owner probably 20 times before I got a return call. He made promises and commitments and never honored one. I learned where he had purchased the paint and that company came out to look at my house and agreed that "it sure has changed color". The owner, Bob of Aluminum Refinshing has never come to look at the job and will not return phone calls. This is the first time I have ever registered a complaint online, as this is not my style at all. I have never experienced such dismal customer service in my adult life. They were friendly and professional when I handed them a check, but not a word since I have reported this problem. I STRONGLY suggest you look elsewhere for professional exterior painting.
