This place is joke,they working hand in hand with workers compensation, denied the claim,because doctor doesn't feel that the injury happened from me working, how can he say that,when I am the one feeling the pain,and I know it happened from working duties. I don't know what to do....

Just only called these people on two occasions. It goes " you come in at this time or basically the hell with you." When you don't have a serious injury and can't leave work asap, you have to resort to other facilities. Very poor attitude when calling this place. You would think the board at St. Vincent would be embarrassed to be a part of this branch/ corporate asset even sharing the same name no less. If Google reviews could go to zero, I'd put that down.

The usual office for alot of employers in Erie for pre-employment physicals and drug screens. Typically, the employer sending you will make all arrangements and appointments.

Great Nurses and Doctors, but the office lacks confidence. I arrived early and signed in, 1/2 hour later I walked up to ask if I'd be in soon to find they never checked me in. Things happen, not a big deal, but everyone has to wear a mask and it's bothersome with glasses. I'm not opposed to the mask, after all it is a medical facility. The problem was the girl behind the counter wearing her mask incorrectly, on her chin. Her nose was out of the top, and when she spoke her upper lip was visible. So there I was, sitting for 30 minutes with my glasses fogged up because I had my mask on properly. If she had glasses on I may have been less annoyed. I'd like to leave a better review because the professionals there were great, but that was ridiculous.

The receptionist who answer phones is terrible. She put me on hold and never came back to the phone. All I needed was the number to their Harborcreek location. I have called 3 times and everytime I reach the answering machine for the occupational health side on 12th street. I took my DOT physical and drug screen March 17th and I am still waiting for my results. No phone call or nothing in the mail. This is unacceptable.
