I was linked up with Paul ultimately through Zillow>Rocket Mortgage, as a Connecticut resident purchasing a house in Erie Pennsylvania. Paul was always available, quick to respond to texts and emails and always picked up a call. I had some interesting hurdles to manage as I was buying, moving and changing jobs in one fell swoop. Paul was able to recommend his team for brokerage, closers and attorneys at Select Settlement who ultimately made it all work. My only regret was not using his local associates sooner in the process, that would have certainly speed up the process and saved me some coin along the way. I would definitely recommend his services to friends and family and look forward to using him again in future ventures!

Paul sold me my first house and when my family grew and needed more room we went back to Paul and he was great. Very informative and driven to find the house that we needed for my 4 daughters and wife.
