image This place is a joke. I took my son here 2 years ago and left... gave them another shot this year and the same issues. Trying to get refills called in is a nightmare. Call and leave a message 3-5 days prior only supposed to call once. And then it doesnt get called in. Every time you have to jump through hoops to get it.

image They don't answer their phones! You leave voice mails which, if they are returned at all, are usually 5-7 days later. Good luck getting your prescriptions refilled. They take their good, old time. Plus, you only get to see students. Very poor care. I wish I could give only zero stars.

image I will admit that it took quite some time to get in.. unfortunately, Erie as a whole really is a mess right now when it comes to mental health services. I didnt have many options due to my insurance and already had a bad experience at Safe Harbor in the past. So, if you want in or even are just considering, I would call asap. It did take two weeks for me to hear back but once they were finally able to, they got me scheduled right away for my intake and then my first appointment. The intake specialist & doctor were both very thorough and asked about everything you can imagine, they were understanding. At one point I cried due to life situations/stress outside of meds and the doctor was very understanding, let me take my time & gave me recommendations on things outside of the appointment. Basically, I felt like she was actually hearing me and not just thinking of meds to try me on and push me back out the door. I told her what I liked in the past but had to get off of due to pregnancy and then insurance changes, I like that she had me try that again instead of just pushing me to try a bunch of different things like Ive had happen in the past. I also do like that they do labs and rule things out.. Ive known many doctors, both PCPs and psych, who have an attitude of oh, youre sad? lets throw some meds at it without even checking to see if the problem could be physical.
I highly recommend and would choose them over Safe Harbor a million times.
