I am completely satisfied and give Zanita, Andonna and staff 5 stars. I am completely satisfied with the professional discussions about the strategies needed to help me through the process of my husband's estate. Any questions or concerns I had were promptly addressed. If and when there were delays in the process, Zanita kept me well informed and made sure I understood what was happening. Appointments were scheduled and promptly taken care with an open line of communication. I will highly recommend A to Z Law Firm to anyone.

HUGE fan of this firm - can't say enough positive things about the experience from start to finish. I called *FIVE* firms in Erie before connecting to A to Z... all only to receive no answer at all, an out of the office attorney (with no option to leave a message or make an appointment), or a "sorry we can't help you". When I made the call to A to Z, a friendly voice answered the phone (such a nice thing!) and helped me to understand my options. She set me up with an intake appointment and collected some basic info. The forms sent were easy to fill out and securely locked down. The meeting with Andona was magical. She had done research before hopping on the call and had some insights prepared but also took her time in listening to my needs and understanding how she could help. I cannot sing their praises enough!!!

Over the course of 2023, I had the opportunity to work with both Zanita and Andona at A to Z Law extensively. I was extremely happy with the counsel I received from both attorneys in all aspects of my divorce, my estate planning, and their counsel in a criminal case. Zanita (Z) represented me in my divorce. She understood my desire to end my relationship as quickly and amicably as possible and recommend a path forward that made that possible. She recognized that there were times where I needed to be reminded to keep the big picture in mind and not let emotion needlessly drag out the process or increase cost. I truly felt she always had my best interest in mind. Andona handled updating all my estate documents very professionally and was able to cover seamlessly if schedules didnt align for me to meet with Z. Both Andona and Z aided my family and me when I was injured and involved in a criminal proceeding. Their counsel and advice provided direction to my family at a time when I was not able to do so myself. I will always be grateful for their expertise and the care and concern they showed us. Finally, I always felt welcomed and understood as a member of the LGBTQ+ community. The Pride flag is not just a symbol in front of their office, it is how they approached me as a client. Over the course of the year, I work with everyone in the office, the administrators were very professional and a delight to work with! I whole heartedly recommend A to Z Law.
