It was so strange. We called and requested a quote for a kitchen remodel. Someone came out and measured and let us know that they would be in touch with the quote(gave a general price range). We never received the quote. I contacted several times via phone and no response. Maybe they were overwhelmed? The good news is that we found someone else for less than what this company gave as a general price range and we were able to get new cabinet doors in the process. It is just disappointing when there isn't any follow up and the owner seemed very nice.
