This place is amazing! This location is by far the best location out there! So personable and polite, they definelty make it worth the visit! They take the time and listen to what your actually looking for and definitely don't disappoint! Our rings are AMAZING! Thank you guys so much!

I went to the 8th Street Store from a recommendation by a friend. I needed to replace two diamonds, one on my engagement ring, and the other on my wedding band. I was devastated when I lost them. I held on to them for a very long time thinking that I could not afford to have the repairs done. My friend told me to try Erie Gold Exchange. She said they were honest and fair in their prices. I have my rings back and I couldn't be happier! They look as beautiful as the day I first got them. They not only replaced the stones that were missing, but made sure the pins holding all the stones were secure and I also had my ring sized. They also cleaned my rings and made them sparkle! I wish now that I hadn't put it off for so long. The staff are friendly, and helpful and I would recommend anyone that needs a good place to either buy something, or even get an estimate on something you already own and are thinking of selling, to give this place a try. You won't be disappointed.

When I called ahead to ask them if they had time to look at some pieces I had, they were more than willing to check into it. I brought my items in and told them my intentions of not selling, just wanted a price point, they were very pushy to get me to sell on the spot. I was told if I came back later that day, the offer they'd come up with would be terminated and would refuse to work with me again unless I sold on the spot which was never my intentions. The man also BROKE my antique Italian candle snuffer and didn't even apologize or offer me any compensation! When I told them I needed to consider their offer, they told me I can take my stuff and go and left it BEHIND their counter and walked away from me. It's a clean atmosphere, but that's not how you to customer service. I was left feeling embarrassed and one of my items was literally snapped in half...

Awesome service! They fixed my ring I received from my grandma 39 years ago! They listened and did more than they initially thought. Id recommend going there! Thank you Todd and team!
