Room charge was OK for Friday, but charged me a lot for Saturday. I was in Erie Pennsylvania to visit my Daughter and her family. Noteworthy details: Decent breakfast, didn't have to pay extra for breakfast.

Overall, the room was clean, comfortable and cozy. The livingroom was a great area for my child to play, while us adults watched the TV in the bedroom area. A fridge, coffee maker and microwave are great additions to the room. There is a pool, however, I was disappointed with the pool. The heater was broken when we came here on Wednesday, March 13th and again on Friday, March 15th. The pool area was gross. A band aid on the pool deck, hair all over the place, wrist bands from Splash lagoon on the floor, it wasn't cleaned up when we came back from Pittsburg on Friday. The breakfast was your usual hotel breakfast. On Thursday morning, my child had a carton of milk that was super curdled, an employee apologized and replaced the others right away. On Saturday morning before we checked out, I asked an employee for directions to the guest laundry facilities. She said it was up on the second floor by the ice machine. After looking all over on the second floor, it wasn't to be seen. I walked down the stairs and found it immediately in front of me on the first floor. Overall our stay in the room was good, but a few things can be tweaked in the main areas. However, I am coming back in July and giving this location another chance. Walkability: It's up a big hill beside a Giant Eagle and an outdoors store, part of the Mill Creek Mall complex. I recommend it for families, tournaments, and those needing extra room. However, I wouldn't recommend it for shoppers who are coming to the mall to shop. There's no sidewalks to and from the hotel going to the mall, and the hill can be difficult to walk up.
