Truly a great place to work. The company has been nothing short of supportive and helpful since I started four months ago. One of the best places I have worked at to date.

Pretty trash place to work. All they do is smoke outside and try to get new members to do all the work. The house I worked at REEKED of cigarette smoke. These cigarette breaks would range anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour at Hope Drive. Employees picked up extra shifts just to go home and sleep and leave you responsible for a 4 person medical house alone. In orientation I was told there would always be 2 staff members in the house at all times. Unbelievable. House manager was getting told what to do by an old woman who was a regular employee. This job made me exit the healthcare field altogether. I feel bad for the clients. House manager had no control over the house and wasnt familiar with her own residents.

BOTTOM LINE Supportive Living Services - Erie - PA only service themselves and is in cahoots with the rental companies that the deal with.
