The high wind storm of Jan 9, 2024 resulted in part of a huge tree falling on and through the roof and bathroom ceiling. After calling insurance company, they had DRS there in 45 minutes. For hours in that freezing rain and high wind, they had the tree removed, roof tarpped in 3 places, fence shored back up. That night we were warm, dry and so very grateful.

DRS was helpful and made my home look better than I can imagine. Everyone who I met along the way was nice and very understanding of the disaster and trauma that happened. Lisa, the secretary, Stacey, the manager, Doug, the manager, Jim, the project manager, George who worked hands on every bit of the house and his helper I cant remember his name but I know he likes dogs. I believe Carl did my follow up along with Stacey with the bank and insurance and processing. I cant remember if there were more who helped but each had a role and they did great. Thank you for helping me return home and make it look amazing. Also, a month or so after returning home, some of my siding fell off and they were punctual on getting it repaired. Thank you again for a great experience. Highly recommend

My finished basement flooded, and flooded badly. After filing my insurance claim, DRS was at my house the same morning and removed the carpet, and maneuvered my furniture around their work as if it belonged to them. Granted, it took 2 mo this for the new carpet installation to take place, but that was solely on the insurance underwriter and the time it takes to have such a claim pushed through. It took them about 90 minutes to re-carpet the same area, and as before, carefully moved my furniture without damaging anything. I found out afterwards it was my responsibility to move it, but they did so without hesitation. I would absolutely use this company again, and would recommend them to anyone who's in need. Thank you guys so much for taking on so much of my stress and making it right for me and my family!

Would not recommend them for anything!!!Drug out the time they was here. Always at least one in the trailer smoking. I swear they went from one room to next and put stuff in boxes!!! The most unorganized ever!!!! Every time I get a box to unpack, I get mad again!!! Broke things. Bean pots in one box, the lid in a totally different box!!! Just complete ignorance!!!
