I gave them a suit that had never been worn purchased at Sak's off 5th. in Chicago. It was returned with bubbles all over the jacket and they are trying to tell me it was a cheap suit. I'm out $500.00 and they won't take responsibility for the damage.

Can't recommend this place enough! Was looking for a place in town that could help my folks out with their laundry needs. My stepdad is the primary caregiver of my mother and he was frequently becoming overwhelmed at the amount of laundry he needed to do just to stay afloat. I made the mistake of starting with their competitor next door who not only did a poor job, but also called me to give me a lecture about how soiled the linens were. Odd, considering that is EXACTLY what their ad promised. Anyway, noticed Grapevine was right next door and decided to give them a call. The manager got back to me right away and assured me they could handle my family's needs. It's been almost 6 months as a customer now and we couldn't be happier.
