Signed a contract in March , never showed up until October. Given many dates of when they would start and never showed up until we asked for our money back. Main complaint we wanted our front stoop to be made exactly like what we had just adding to the stoop on the left side. Wanted to maintain our wide front steps told John Anthony when we first signed a contract and told it to Mark Anthony before they started working. They made our steps 15 SMALLER than what they were. They were supposed to be 5 wide NOT 3.75 wide. When I text Mark about the mistake his answer was sorry, I missed that detail. He didnt understand if he widened the stairs then it wouldnt be centered, as he stated in an email. So I had to send him a picture of the way it looked , told him I wanted just like it was , just add to the left side of stoop. Thats when all communication from him stopped.His compensation for this huge mistake was Ill seal your driveway next year for free, a $600 value. Well I dont need my driveway sealed, I need 15 more inches added to my steps. He made no offer to correct this mistake or reimburse us at the very least $1860 that was quoted. It was clearly written in the contract 5 wide. He took our hard earned money and took the vision we had for our home and ruined it!!!! With a railing well only have a 36 wide stairway. I also asked to have the slanted concrete on the 2 lower stairs, John said shouldnt be a problem but didnt write it in the contract. Asked Mark during our walk though and said he wasnt going to do that. According to his Facebook page, he can do all your concrete needs. Apparently not. If you leave a honest bad review on Facebook they delete it, thats why they have a 5 star rating. Fraudulent! This isnt against his nice, hardworking crew. How do you show up to a job to direct your crew and not have a contract in hand and just wing it. Now Im stuck with this mistake. DOES NOT STAND BY HIS WORK!!! Pictures of what we had and what got. Mark and his team did a great job on our concrete slab and driveway addition. Booked them in January for the end of May and they showed up when they promised. Did 1500 sqft of addition slab and 800 sqft of garage slab + driveway within the timeframe they promised. Everyone was nice and very professional. Price was very reasonable as well. Got multiple quotes, but some guys didn't even know the local building codes, where Mark kept in touch with the inspector and handled all the inspections and knew exactly what needs to be done. After all my building was done Mark was nice enough to come back to dig trenches for drainage and to backfill everything. Very happy with the result. Thank you! This company quoted me a job but when they finally came to do it I was told they had misquoted it and charged us an additional $3,000 plus to do the work. At the time of the estimate we were also told that 2 weeks prior to the start date we would be contacted and everything gone over. In reality the owner showed up the evening before for a couple of minutes and if not for my dogs barking would have left without speaking to me. The job was NOT done how we had discussed it. Each crew that showed up was different and none of them communicated with the previous crew. Not only did they alter our original design but in doing so caused us drainage issues later on that we had to correct. Their work was sloppy and one of the crew even left a boot print in our new concrete. Some of the work around the seams already had hairline cracks starting and when I questioned them about it I was told if it became a problem it was under warranty. Well it became a problem as it began to crack away more a few months later. When I contacted the owner I was told I would be put on the repair list. No one ever contacted me. I contacted the owner multiple times and he never responded to my first emails, only after I emailed him again and again. I've given up on them ever fixing our issues as it seems apparent that the owner is hoping I'll just go away eventually. We selected this company over other quotes due to the price and timeline we were given. In the end the price ended up being MORE and they did not start until 10 weeks after the timeframe they quoted. Their "warranty" also appears to be something you should not count on. Owner has responded that they did not do the work but they did and I have the receipts and email correspondences to prove it.
