I have banked with this place for many years without issue but boy I was in a pinch today because I lost my ATM card over the weekend. Desperately trying to get out of work on time to get to the ATM at 26 and Peach at 4:50. They werent even open even though online it says that the drive-through is open until five. Now I probably wont even make it the rest of the week if Im lucky. Thanks a lot.

Horrible customer service and Brandon whom works at this location is very rude and unprofessional. My fianc who is disabled is continually wrongfully being charged overdraft fees. I would not recommend this bank to anyone and would give them negative stars if I could.

Whoever you guys have working here is HORRIBLE! All they do is talk and leave everyone in line waiting FOREVER and do not ever have pens or deposit slips in the vent. Might as well hire a McDonalds drive threw worker. 1 star actually negative stars!

Were rude towards my girlfriend trying to get out rent using my id and information. We've done this in the past at this bank
