        This place should be ashamed of their parking lots! It's atrocious! Some of the potholes are craters!! I see some tenants with messed up cars because of it!

        The parking appears to have a lot of sink holes. I lived here during college however when I had trouble paying rent because of income I talked to the landlord and he just gave me more filing fees and late fees I had to pay. Then I hear a female student was able to get off the lease because she is transferring to UP. Please choose another place to live at.

It's worth mentioning that we always treat every student equally and without any preferential treatment.We are pleased to report that we have completely redone the parking lot this year, and it is now in pristine condition.
