They came and took my son from children's express to Hamot and they made an already scary situation for my son pleasant and they were so kind. I wish I remembered their names, but they were great.

I've been waiting over 3 hours for a transport for my mother. All I get is excuses. Well, this company is a a sorry excuse for patient care. I would give less than 1 star if possible.

I know times are crazy right now. But how can you close at 4:30-5 while some people are still waiting to be seen?? My father is in immense pain, waiting in your PARKING LOT to be seen. A 3 hour wait time, which is complete bull.
