We used Total Package Landscape. We are thrilled with the job they did. They came out and showed us what they could do and had great suggestions and ideas we hadnt even thought of. They were very efficient and were less expensive than a couple of other companys estimates. We just had a great feeling after talking to them. They are out of Germantown Hills.

I was looking to get work done on my yard and they came out for an estimate on a Monday. I was told I should have the estimate by Friday and if not to contact them. It has been almost three weeks and I havent heard anything despite repeated emails and phone calls trying to contact them. Very disappointed. I guess I should have checked Yelp first....smh

Lacked appropriate communication and professionalism. Needed to follow up several times to finally get an estimate that was promised on two separate occasions but still never received. Can't speak to their work because their initial interactions were enough to make me go elsewhere for the job. If you don't have basic customer service as a business, how can I trust you with the work itself?
