        Very disappointed in Jansens representation. From spelling errors, not following through on client requests, and refusal to answer questions concerning his bill is absolutely unacceptable. His response, my bills speak for themselves. But his actions and results do not line up with his billing. I would search for someone who is looking at the case rather than billable hours. Dont waste your time or money on this firm. It was embarrassing to say the least.

      Our firm is limited by professional ethics rules from being more specific, but I can say that our billing practices are outlined in a Fee Agreement that is signed by the client. Additionally, our invoices are clearly descriptive and not in any way vague. Unrealistic expectations in a case are something we deal with from time to time and try to manage. We understand that these kinds of cases are highly emotional and we do our best to manage client expectations. The many clients who have all left 5 star reviews should speak volumes for our attentiveness and professionalism.
