        I opened an account with members 1st when I got a new car they gave me a great interest rate. Years later my car is paid off and I decided to keep and account with them and open a credit. Admittedly I do not look or use the savings account or the credit card much come to find out they have inactivity fees and have now been taking money from me without reaching out to tell me about these fees. They said they have been emailing me but I don't have any emails about that but I get other emails from them so I'm not happy with them they have taken around 80 dollars from me and only would give me a refund for the last inactive fee of 20 dollars. A savings account is a savings account its supposed to make money not lose money I find this ridiculous.

        If I could give negative stars I would. I had a vehicle loan threw them.. for 5 years never missed a payment and in January I owed 1200 on the loan. I sent a 600 dollar payment and they lost my job due to the pandemic. The state of New Jersey hasn't paid me the unemployment yet. They are so far behind.. so members 1st not only repossessed my vehicle but the amount owed went from 600 to 2100. Thanks! In this country time of need is great to know a upstanding bank like this is there for us.. don't use this bank. DO NOT USE THIS BANK
