        Mike my salesman was great to deal with. I spoke with him on the phone prior to arriving about the truck I was interested in. He had everything ready to go when I arrived for a smooth seamless transaction. I did have an issue the following day with an intermittent airbag light. I spoke to Mike, and he set me up with the service department. Mark Martin set me up with a loaner truck while mine was in for repairs. They found a faulty sensor (which was not cheap) and repaired my truck at no cost to me! Great customer service and shows that they care even after the sale!

        Excellent inventory of trucks. Very friendly staff. Not pushy. Jeremy was very helpful in the process. Would highly recommend the dealership for anyone who needs a truck would give it 5 stars but My phone won't let me click on the last star

        I searched for late model, low mileage HD trucks across all of New England before I found Mark Martin Motors near Lancaster, PA with a great selection of HD trucks. Jeremy and the dealership went above and beyond to make the purchase of my GMC Sierra 2500HD Denali as smooth as possible. After I committed to the purchase via texts and email, Jeremy worked directly with my MA insurance to set up the temp tags and then picked me up from the rent-a-car drop-off so I could drive the truck home the same day, with less than 2 hours at the dealership. Most importantly, Mark Martin Motors gave me confidence in my purchase and even helped me solve a minor issue with a tire discovered once back in MA. Can't say enough about working with these guys...start and end your search for your next truck with them!
