Avoid this place if you have Ikea cabinets or dresser you want to secure to the wall stud to prevent it from killing someone in your family. Landlord does not care about your safety. If a cabinet falls on your child, oh well. I would not recommend a place that does not care about safety.

I experienced with Willow Creek Apartmentsa deal of itthat I really feel, as a responsible human being, I have to share this piece of information with others who would be willing to rent at this place. After we moved out from the apartment that had been home to my pastor for a year, we bumped into a big problem. We even cleaned professionally using services for cleaning and took photos of the whole apartment, capturing the state of things at the time of moving out. Still, we got a huge penalty of $2000, attributed to carpet replacement, which management claimed had been necessitated by damage. The carpet was really old already, though, when he moved in. Our photos cannot document a huge amount of damage to justify this measure as well. Therefore, it is worth noting that there was a discrepancy, rather, between our understanding of the carpet's age and one year, as had been claimed by the management. This, therefore, places us under an undue financial burden without justified and clear evidence. From this experience, most definitely, I would urge all potential tenants to perform a comprehensive check of the apartment before moving in and another one after he or she is finished with the apartment. This goes without saying and should probably be documented in writing, especially regarding your deposit. This is because it would avoid arising misunderstandings, for instance, in the state of the apartment and, accordingly, fair and clear moves would be enabled for every party. Please make sure you bear this advice in mind for your future house decisions.
