I wish there was zero stars. We lived here for a couple months before we bought our forever home. While living here I was pregnant and often got sick while we were leaving and cleaning everything we found a bunch of mold underneath the stackable washer and dryer. I never understood why sometimes Id come home and it would smell like a sewer but I figured out shortly after we left it was just the mold. We told the landlord and he acted like he could of cared less. Also we had a few friends that lived downstairs from us and we noticed both of our apartments had these streaks of sud on the walls and coming from our outlets basically all over. We found out later there was a bad fire and they never had anyone clean the apartments and it got in the other apartments. Thankfully baby and I are okay and the mold nor the sud affected my pregnancy but I would not recommend these apartments or dealing w this landlord he is very rude. Also we were told that anytime the maintenance guy Matt or anyone would come into our apartment we would be given notice there were so many times I was in my underwear or had gotten out of the shower and he didnt knock or announce himself he just walked in. It was very uncomfortable. The neighbors were fine except for the one neighbor would run an extension cord from his work van into his house idk what that was about but they never bothered us except for the couple that lived upstairs next to us they constantly fought, one night they were making so much noise and I guess the other neighbors werent too happy and called the cops on them. Save your money and energy. Its supposed to be a non smoking place but I always saw people smoking on their balconies and the fire before we moved in was caused from someone putting out a cigarette in a plant on their balcony so you can see what kind of place this is. Its infested with cigarette smoke and mold.
