I highly recommend Royal Furniture! Art was our salesman and very knowledgeable and patient when we were choosing our family room furniture, even allowing us to borrow sample fabrics repeatedly. And the delivery team was knowledgeable, respectful and efficient. I will be back for future purchases!

I bought King Hickory furniture here .Three years ago .I called after receiving about a week later thats the material is peeling .The owner said get a tool at Hobby Lobby it will take it right off its because its new .Well three years later its still peeling .We were very specific about the material being durable .The sales associate obviously didnt sell us what we need .My parents have always patronized Royal Furniture.Royal furniture is not the same as it use to be .From quality to customer service .Times have changed would never buy from them again .If I could give no stars I would .

We had an amazing experience with ordering multiple pieces from Royal Furniture! When moving into our hound we found the need for additional furniture items to really put the finishing touches on our space, ordered 2 mattresses with frames, a reclining sofa and a sectional. Art was very thoughtful in helping me come up with the design of my sectional as I wasnt sure what I wanted at first in terms of color/fabric/layout, but I was pretty particular about the feel of the cushions I wanted. He was able to show me the perfect floor model that I was able to customize to my taste. Art was extremely knowledgeable and very kind and walking me through all of the different options. The turnaround time was quick for all of my items and the delivery took extra care in my new home as the staircases were pretty tricky overall had a fantastic experience, I am so thrilled that I was able to support a local business royal also put in and expedited order when I was in quick need of a new mattress for a sick family member who was going to be staying with us. You can tell, the people who work at Royal really care about what they do, and try to provide customer service to the highest level. I can definitely say I am a satisfied customer of royal and would recommend my experience to anyone. Thank you Art and the rest of the team for helping me make make my spaces that more welcoming!

We sold our home and bought all new furniture from Royal furniture. It was expensive but we thought this is high quality stuff so its worth it. Our sofa material on the cushions are all frayed, the sofa bed cushions are not lined up with the materials and it is very squeaky when sitting on it and the flex steel leather recliner we have had to have a repairman come out 2 times in the 3 years we own all this furniture. The repairman is not an employee of the furniture store but it is who the store recommends and calls for repairs. Had him out yet again today and the motor was shot he said he never saw that especially only after 3 years, was here about 15-20 minutes and replaced the motor which was under warranty and charged us $125 just for coming out!!!! Thats $500 per hour. Thats ridiculous. I will never go to or recommend royal furniture again. This furniture was very expensive we had to wait very long for it (pre COVID) and it looks like it is already 10 years old.

I have been buying furniture from Royal for the past 20 years. They are great to work with, so knowledgeable, and have their own delivery crew. Just fantastic.
