        Getting quality food is often times random chance. Maybe the fries will be fully cooked, maybe they wont, same with correct orders.

        I placed a simple order via drive-through for my husband. It took the guy 4 times to get it right after calmly repeating myself. when I pulled up he looked like he was straight off the street with something on his head. Then when i picked the order at the next window it was all wrong, This was a few days ago just late afternoon so it wasn't even busy. the forgetfulness was scary, what else are they forgetting to do, wash their hands (I hope not!)
