My bill was delivered to wrong PO box so then they suspended my service and still demand to be paid for the week even though they just drove by and didn't take my trash

Ever since they took over my existing trash company I have had nothing but issues. Broken mailbox twice broken trash can wheels. Cant seem to put the can back to where it has been for 3 years before taken over. Everytime I call I never hear anything back. Excuse for all of these problems is the person is old if you cant do the job correctly because your age then retire. Im going to be switching trash companies. Absolutely terrible company wish they wouldnt have taken over the exciting company

Mr Aiken personally came here after they dropped the dumpster in the wrong place damaging the yard. He proceeded to swear at me in front of my two year old daughter. Will never do business with again.

Was mandatory charged for a toter in June of 2023 and it wasnt delivered til December 2023. I already had 2 of the exact thing except it didnt have their name on it. For many years they picked up what ever cans were at the end of the driveway and also even since the new toter delivered til this past week so I called and was told they only pick up their cans such a rip off

Aiken refuse is the worst service I have ever had I have over 30 years experience driving a rear loader and I know good service and this ain't it
