They really listen and consider what to help. I needed an urgernt referral for my ankle surgery. All other places refused and told me I should have call and make appointment a week ago, but Dr. Kim and her staffs kept my schedules on time.

this place is probably one of the most unorganized and unsanitary place ever. people in the front are rude, have zero communication skills and only care about the money. nurse and the doctor have zero sense of sanitation. the doctor is a joke. she doesn't even do physical exam or any kind of testing even though your chief complaint is something you need to get tested as a protocol(i know because i work at a hospital). she just gives out medicine whether you have something or not. such a horrible practice and will be changing PCP asap. this place is a joke and take advantage of elderly koreans.

Usual wait time is 90-120 mins and the old doctor can't tell the difference between a regular cold from an influenza. Secretary in front have horrible sanitary conditions and manners. Had my mom go here and am definitely transferring her from goddman horrible service. Even with the language barrier, change your pcp NOW
