Green's Tree Service

You all did a phenomenal job today and we're thrilled with the outcome. Other than a missing tree and branches that we asked to be removed, you'd never know you were here. The team took care to not damage a fence less than three feet away from the trunk as well as a young dogwood not much further. This fine group of men removed two huge maple trees growing very close to my home. Extra care was taken when the large branches were dropped making sure I didnt have any ruts or dents in my yard. They even went the extra mile and trimmed an existing maple tree. Items in the way of their truck were moved and put back in there existing place when they were finished. Wood chips were raked and removed from the premises after the cut and all the leaves from the trees were blown away with a leaf blower before exiting the property. True professionals and a fair price!!

Asked for a quote 2 weeks ago via email and received a link to some sort of Bill Pay website. Not sure what's going on, but there's been no response. Quite literally just wanted a quote, can't even get that.

Was hired to trim all the tree branches that were hanging 5-15 feet over the roof of house. They trimmed one or two but left the remaining 5 or 6 (including the worst offender). They trimmed branches that were nowhere near the house for some reason instead. If they are only going to do half the job they should only charge half the amount. If they aren't skilled enough to trim tree branches that are 15 feet over a house's roof they should say so and not pretend they can do it and charge for it. They still haven't come back to finish the job months later even after being told they didn't do what they were supposed to do. They also weren't that good with cleaning up afterwards either.
