Our experience listing our home for sale this way was awesome. We have sold our home for sale by owner in the past, but websites like Zillow have changed over the past year, and the for sale by owner listings do not get the exposure like they used to. Listing with Austin on Listing Sherpa gave us the MLS exposure (the day Austin listed it on the MLS we had 6 showings scheduled the next day) we needed to receive an offer. The sale of this home was an investment property for us, and so we were looking for the best way to make the most money, and not have to spend thousands of dollars on realtor fees. I sold my home by owner in 2021. Listing Sherpa was extremely important in the process as they made it simple to get my home listed on the MLS, Zillow, and all other popular real-estate sites. The software they provide is also extremely important to organize showings, and provide insight through the process. These days selling by owner is fairly straight forward, but without Listing Sherpa, my home wouldn't have had the same great visibility that it needed to get top dollar. Through Listing Sherpa, my home was shown to over 20 real-estate agents, which was done extremely easily with Listing Sherpa's software. My home ultimately sold for $30,000 over list price. If I ever need to sell a home again I will certainly use Listing Sherpa again. I have and would recommend their services to anyone I know who is selling a home.
