Hanes Mechanical was top notch! We needed a new A/C installed during a heat wave. They called ahead to schedule our installation. They were on time and right to work. Very courteous and professional. They are very competitive in price for the level of service they provide. The system that was installed is very efficient and has cooled my house perfectly. They took the time to show me how the new thermostat and system worked. They even called that evening to make sure everything was working properly. My husband and I highly recommend this company!! Don and his crew did an amazing job installing central ac. I had two other companies out to give estimates. One said it couldn’t be done. Other said it could be done but very expensive. Don came out. Came up with an awesome plan. Completed it in 2 days. And all well within my price range. I highly recommend Hanes Mechanical for any of your mechanical needs.

The company was highly recommended to me by a Nextdoor neighbor website. I had a fairly urgent need with the heater suddenly not working. After my own troubleshooting the issues, I still had no idea why it was completely out of commission. Don, the owner, was very quick to reply. He was honest and forthcoming: you could tell he takes pride in his business. The issue with the heater was not easy to diagnose even after Don ran several tests. He had to make a 2nd trip to finally solve the problem. Thanks to his persistence and a diligent work, my heater has been running with no issues. Definitely would be the guy to call with any problems!
