        Enjoyed my stay here! I had to travel for work. This place made it a bit less painful. The breakfast each morning was really good, and they had many items to choose from. Everything was in working order, the room was nice, and it was kept very clean. The gym and pool were also both great! If I need to come back to this area, this is definitely where I would choose to stay. The staff were all very friendly and helpful!

        Make sure you read the fine print here because their staff will NOT be helpful. Their booking policy was not clear to me when I booked and it was difficult to even figure out how to cancel when our plans changed. So we ended up paying (way too much) for a room that we weren't able to use. We will definitely never consider a Sure Stay again.

        I do not recommend this hotel because various reasons the front desk was very rude and had a attitude and there pool was shut down when that is the only reason we tried to stay at this hotel and they did not let us know when checked in and when we went up to our room for the first time the tv was not working so we let them know and this is what they said just jiggle the wires

      We are so sorry that you are unhappy with the cancellation policy. You did not book directly through the hotel and agreed to a 72 hour cancellation policy the way you booked to recieve a discount. Cancelling anytime after that 72 window results in a charge of one night room and tax. If there is any chance of needing to cancel your reservation we recommend booking directly through the hotel for the 24 hour cancellation policy. We really do hope you decide to stay with us in the future.

      We are truely sorry your stay with us did not meet your expectations. The pool was closed for a couple hours yesterday to make sure everything was safe for swimmers. It opened back up at 6pm which was 2 hours after your check in with us. We did allow you to cancel your reservation for no charge, but since you booked through a 3rd party website there were some extra steps you had to take to do that. We really do hope you give us another try in the future.
