Called this company two days in a row and left a voice mail. They didn't even have the courtesy to call me back. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Hello, my fraternal twin brother works there with over a combined 150 years of experience with anything garage door related, however, it's not my place to name names yet someone who works there has become ill from the affects of the Covid from the past and to not alarm them and I hope they are getting better soon. He's a really good person.

Called in afternoon regarding a broken garage door torsion spring. The door was stuck closed and I couldn't open it. Hershey Door Service was here later that day and replaced both springs. Very courteous phone person gave good advice in suggesting we wait for tech rather than try to raise door ourselves.

Everyone at Hershey Door has always been the best. Had a spring break on an overhead door at my shop. They had the spring made and installed by the next morning. Have used them at home and the shop exclusively for 30 years. They under promise and overdeliver!

We called on a Friday. Joe visited Saturday morning and the door replacement job was done the following Thursday. Competitors quoted more than twice the price and said it would take two months to schedule. Call Hershey Door first. You'll be glad you did.
