      image I want to start by thanking Casey, he was extremely helpful and take the time to listen to me and my boyfriend about the issues weve had HOWEVER, the rest of the place is a nightmare. My boyfriend and I purchased a 2008 Volkswagen R32 from here. Within the first month we noticed that the transmission was slipping. I contacted John, who sold us the car regarding the transmission, but I was disregarded, saying that the service center never put anything in the pre delivery inspection notes. (Now why would the service center note this if they never fixed it?) Despite buying a power train warranty (which the dealer states would cover a slipping transmission or DCT clutch pack.)
      Casey provided us for a loaner while they diagnosed it (aka hooking it up to an OBD scanner). I was then told it had a bad ECU, and needed a crank position sensor, both of which I was told would probably not be covered under warranty, therefore any further diagnoses or repairs, I may have to pay for. We had the car for eight months, and drove it occasionally. I understand the vehicle is older, but there is no reason that it should completely fall apart in said timeframe. We were sold a lemon.
