        Called had questions about my return. Spoke with Vince. He was extremely rude and snarky from the get go. My return was completely different than what I was told when I filled. He literally told me to call back tomorrow so I would get someone different than him.

        My tax return has taken more than 6 months to receive and I want to know If I should re-file but HR block never answers the phone and they closed early the day I inquired about it, of course. I was told I'd be given a call back which I never was. They seem to be avoidant of people in my situation. Not coming here again.

        Friendly and competent. Done in a timely manner but I think it was a tad pricey for a relatively easy return. But I don't expect anyone to work for cheap.
